Hand Of Fate Chardonnay W.O. Western Cape 2015

There’s some killer Chardonnay coming out of South Africa right now, and this is one of them. Fruit comes from Stellenbosch and further inland Robertson, a nice combination of ocean influence and warm, sunny days. This is all about balance: a spicy, grainy, creamy texture and some oak with lively, refreshing acidity filled out by stone fruit aromas and a long mouthcoating finish.
