Guy Robin Marie Ange Robin Chablis 2021

Named after Marie Robin, the 4th generation winemaker in Chablis. Made from 40 year old estate vines that sit at the top of a slope facing the premier cru vineyard “Vaillons”. Aged for 12 months in 10% new oak, offering aromas of sautéed lemons, crushed oyster shells, lime curd, and lemon grass. The wine is steely and minerally as well as rich and lush giving the drinker a characteristic representation of the grape and the region.
