Guthrie Family "Galaxy" Carbonic Carignan 2020

Notes from the winemaker: Put on your high tops, grab your Walkman and chill this bottle of Galaxy. This wine is made in a true carbonic style. Individual enzymatic fermentation of every single berry on the cluster. After three weeks of being sealed up in the egg we then pressed to old French barrels. Once the wine was pressed it went through traditional fermentation of the sugars via natural yeast. This vintage is a little brighter and a little tighter than the previous, with more reds fruits.
