Guthrie Family "Archival" Petite Sirah Napa Valley 2019

Notes from the winemaker: It’s not every day you find a wine with crispy pulled pork and cracked white pepper on the nose. But then we aren’t an every-day kind of winery. When treated with a gentle hand, the elegant and delicate flavors of Petite Sirah expose themselves on the palate. Grainy tannins make it chewy and moreish while the acidity keeps it fresh, bright and great for pairing with food. We suggest drinking this wine while listening to Santigold.
