Guillaumette Genepi

From Le Village d’Orcières, in the French Alps. Génépi is an alpine flower that is used in the base of many herbal aperitif/digestif liqueurs including Chartreuse. Buttery like chamomile and bitter like wormwood, it is complex, floral and refreshing. Mix in as a replacement for Vermouth to give your gin, vodka or tequila cocktails a delicious twist.
