Grenachista Carbonic Grenache Blanc Sonoma Valley 2021

Have you ever had carbonic wines? Have you ever had a carbonic white? Always ahead of the curve, Casey Graybehl has produced BRW’s first Carbonic white wine with his Grenache Blanc.  This checks most of the boxes for natural wine drinkers too: unfiltered, skin contact, organic and low sulphur. Lightly musty with a fuzzy peach quality, blood oranges, and Riesling poached pears.  Full on the palate with carbonic banana notes and bitter citrus pith on the finish.
