Josko Gravner, one of the greats and pioneers of "orange wine." Amphora ferment (underground, with skins, wild ferment, no temp control) and briefly aged before moving to large oak barrels for six years. Savory, spicy, earthy. Unfined, unfiltered. Double-mustache worthy.
