About 60% Semillon, 30% Sauvignon Blanc, 10% Sauvignon Gris. Barrel fermented & aged, 50-60% new French oak. Obvious yet delicate nose of toasty barrel on the nose moves quickly to ripe melon, lemon cream, citrus oils and dried flowers. Semillon's oily texture and fuller body makes for a most versatile wine with food. Pates, fish in a cream sauce and roast chicken are natural fits.
