30+ year old vines, heavy granite soils, from the Atlantic coast of Spain, north of Portugal. Pure joy in a bottle. Made from 100% free-run juice, it glimmers with pear, green apple and apricot. More stone fruits show up on the palate, medium weight texturally and then the acid is unleashed in waves, with orange citrus, and unlimited amounts of salty minerality. A consistent favorite for the money or for anything really.
