Westide, cooler, hilly side of Paso Robles (new CRESTON sub-AVA). Fermented and aged in one single 1000 Liter oak cask (equates to about 110 cases made). Successfully emulates very good Barbera d'Alba. Fresh, juicy, "crunchy" raspberries and cranberries. Pinch of Italian herbs, white pepper, lightness, mouth watering acidity. Enjoy with grilled/baked salmon & HOT DOGS!
