When Soave is good, it’s good. Gini have been making wine since 1600, while La Froscà is a vineyard planted in 1955 on volcanic soils on a hillside slope – which is where Soave is at its best. The aromas are intense and concentrated, with a tight, mineral, saline structure on the palate. 100% Garganega, with floral, apple, pear, and peach aromas, with refreshing acidity and a slightly rich creaminess.
