Ghost of a Chance "Gangster of Love" Red Sierra Foothills 2017

60% Mourvèdre, 30% Syrah, 10% Grenache. The second vintage of what has quickly become one of the shop’s favorite wines. It’s slightly different from the previous year, much heavier in Mourvèdre, but just as tasty and approachable. Lots of ripe black fruits on the nose, with extra complexity coming from the aromas of roses, violets, black pepper, and tarragon followed by a palate that’s both juicy and meaty. A very friendly wine that lives up to its name.
