Gen del Alma "JiJiJi" Malbec/Pinot Noir Tupungato Mendoza2018

This unusual blend of Malbec and Pinot Noir unexpectedly blew us away. The grapes are grown at the heights of 1,400m in Mendoza, helping to retain the freshness which makes this wine so appealing. It’s made with some carbonic fermentation, and aged for just four months. There are lots of crunchy red and black fruit aromas, with a lightly grainy texture and lively acidity. As the name suggests – jijiji is “hehehe” – this wine is a lot of fun.
