G.D. Vajra Clare JC Nebbiolo Langhe 2018

100% Nebbiolo made in the Langhe and the winemaking protocol is based off of 1606 writings from G.B. Croce. Slightly off-dry, high in acid, fully red and slightly tannic (because it’s Nebbiolo). This wine is light, fresh and lively in the mouth but finishes with finesse and length. Meant to take a chill, it is best paired with salumi or any dish that needs a good acidic wine with grip to clear the palate.
