Gaja Barbaresco 2019

The legendary wine from one of Italy’s most prized winemakers is his Barbaresco, for which his winery stands perched on the hill. Driven by red fruits of cherry, cranberry, and rhubarb with floral rose notes and blood orange. The type of in that you can smell for hours. A dark essence of herbs, licorice, leather, and rosemary are the perfect ying & yang for the flowery fruits. The finish has great intensity, but the powerful tannins are well integrated to the whole of the wine.
