G4 Blanco Tequila

Revived distillery in Jalisco drawing on family tradition to craft exceptional tequila. The agave is cooked for 22 hours in a traditional stone oven, which means that the agave is cooked from top to bottom. The two distillations occur in copper stills, which allows for a balanced transfer of aromas. The result is superb: this is a tequila with a smoky, dry texture, a subtle spiciness, a peppery, jalapen_o feel, and an overall smoothness that belies its complexity.
