Frontonio Elastico White Blend Valdejalon 2020

These guys are making some of the best wines in the world in “Middle of Nowhere” Spain. The Elástico 2020 is a field blend of predominantly Macabeo with Garnacha Blanca, Airen, Robal and Palomino interplanted 80 years ago. Aromas of balking spice (no wood used), tangerine pith, pears and almost red fruit aromas. A big wine that shows a rich a creamy texture with multiple layers of acidity and bitterness that is held together by the brawny structure.
