A rediculous value, made from 100% Syrah sourced from multiple parcels by Northern Rhone specialist Francois Villard.  25% Whole cluster with 11 months in both wood vat and neutral barrels. The Syrah qualities are unmistakable, flaunting flavors of roasted meats, smoky bacon, white pepper, dark chocolate, stewed plums, chewy fruit, and dense tannins that soften considerably with the addition of food.  Transitioning to organic by 2023.
