François Feuillet did not grow up in a winemaking family, instead he used his business acumen to buy out a retiring vigneron and install the famous David Duband as vigneron. Duband’s attention to detail and his family’s vineyard sources have elevated the wines significantly. Whole-cluster inclusion has increased for an earthy, pine forest nose, a smoked meat quality, pencil shavings and dried cranberries. Light, savory and pretty with a very polished and lengthy finish.
