Francois Chidaine Montluois "Les Grillonieres" 2018
Biodynamically grown and farmed by the eldest child Alice Chidaine (who has worked with Dagueneau and Clos Rougeard), with no chemical products added to the 90+ year old-vines. The wine is intentionally a touch sweet with 5 g/L residual, but still considered sec (dry). The nose reveals a freshness of lemon and lime zests, associated with a delicate minerality. The mouth is balanced between a beautiful honey and a pleasant freshness.
