Named after two types of loam (soil) in which these vines grow (Forward Gravelly and Kidd loams). Big blend: 30% Petit Verdot, 25% Cabernet Sauvignon, 20% Merlot, 20% Malbec, 5% Syrah/Petite Sirah. Unique, distinctive wine with broad appeal as well. Dark fruit profile, sweet roasted spices from both oak and grape. Marriage of powerful flavors and silky texture.
