Skin contact Pinot Gris from Lodi old vines. Orange wine. Or should we say, rosy pink skin, the color of Pinot Gris skins. The wine boasts a spicy, savory edge. More dried spice and herbs than fruit. Get citrus and apple skins, white pepper, tarragon, mint, grapefruit. Many food pairing possibilities. We like it with fire pit-grilled pork.
