Foradori Teroldego Granato Vigneti Delle Dolomiti 2017
Since she took over her family's winery at the age of 19, Elisabetta Foradori has made a life's work of elevating the Teroldego grape to heights once unimaginable. The wine is from 70+ year old vines, 40-50% whole cluster and aged around 15 months in old oak botti. This is a wine that is primed for long-life, with meaty notes, wild herbs, red cherry, pomegranate, gravelly minerality, and firm acidity. This wine is an ethereal experience!
