Steeper-sloped than Grand Cru, "Vergers" looks down on Le Montrachet et al. Meager stony soils with limestone make for a bright, perfumed, ethereal yet still strong and intense White Burgundy. Hard not to drink this now it's so good. Spring flowers, melons, Meyer lemon, Granny Smiths, watermelon rind, crushed rock.
