A beautiful representation of single block, single vineyard, 100% Cabernet Sauvignon from the Spring Mountain District at 1450 feet elevation. The York Creek Vineyard produces fruit, which is supremely structured with herbs and ripeness, and while in the hands of a deft winemaker, the tannins are softened, showing more vanilla, blackberry and plum.
