A 100% Cabernet Sauvignon from two vineyards, York Creek Vineyard on Spring Mountain coming in at 85% and 15% Cabernet Sauvignon from Oak Knoll. Dark fruits and savory leather notes. Juicy plums, figs, blackberries and tobacco, with a generous amount of barrel aging contributing chocolate and vanilla flavors. Texturally the wine shows bold and smooth with medium amounts of drying tannins. The wine will transform in your glass with just a little bit of air.
