Fine Disregard Semillon Napa Valley 2017

Mike Schieffer is assistant winemaker at Turley and his wife Kara Maraden is Director of Viticulture at Foley. This is their new project, which we’re particularly excited about. Mike spent a year in Hunter Valley, and was captivated by the Sémillon they make there. This is his Napa take: barrel fermented, no MLF, with some lees ageing resulting in a fresh, waxy, nutty wine with aromas of peach and apricot, with a light body low in alcohol.
