Fine Disregard wines are made by two people "committed to making wines they believe in by seeking out compelling vineyards and practicing minimal intervention."  The Mataro is a balancing act of both ripe and stewed fruits, showing hints of earth with expressive acaí aromas, black cherry,  cranberry dried roses, and fruity vanilla.  The palate is velvety smooth with more ripe fruits and a lasting grip of tannins and acidity.
