“UNTI VINEYARDS”
Sourced from the famous Unti Vineyards in Sonoma’s Dry Creek Valley, the grapes are indigenously fermented in two neutral barrels and one stainless barrel before being transferred to neutral oak for 9 months aging. The aromas are mineral with more pear than apple, white nectarine, jackfruit and limes. The palate reverses the pear and apple for tart Granny Smith flavors, lanolin and lemon. Only 50 cases produced.
