Ferdinando Principiano Serralunga d’ Alba Barolo 2020

Grown organically on a 3.55 ha site in the prized Serralunga village, boasting mostly limestone with small amounts of clay and sand at 1300 feet. An elegant style of Barolo with floral aromas and earth. Blackberries, mulberries, soft leather, forest floor, stone cellar and kumquat come through on the nose. Flavors of violets, roses, red cherries, strawberries and sweet spice are on the palate. So soft, yet the tannins find a way to hang on the gums, providing lasting depth, and reminding you why Barolo is King.
