Chardonnay grapes grown in the Cabernet dominated Coombsville AVA with a fresh and crisp version of grape. This doesn’t go through malolactic fermentation, which leads to a sleek profile, with good intensity. The flavors are dominated by white peach, nectarine, yellow apples, pear and lemon curd.
