Sourced from one of the Santa Cruz Mountains most famous vineyards, the site always shows more Burgundian than Californian and when raised in only stainless and neutral oak, the wines glows with minerality. Ryan Alfaro comes from a wine family, and they recently acquired the vineyard to produce a wine a sleek, crisp wine of lemon and lime with a pithy aroma and great acidity. Pears, apples, salty acidity and notes of white flowers.
