Fabrice Larochette Pouilly-Fuisse 2016

Les Robées is a vineyard located in Chaintré, the most southerly of all of Burgundy’s villages. The warmer climate and south-facing slopes ripen the grapes a little quicker, resulting in wines with richness but also very fresh acidity. One year in oak adds a grainy texture and aromas of cinnamon and nutmeg on top of a fresh, floral nose and fruity aromas of baked apple and pear, finished off with a dry, mineral texture.
