Travis and Catherine Vale met on a tour bus on the other side of the world called the New Zealand Experience. Drawing on their winemaking pedigree, they have made this wine since 2010. 88% Cabernet Sauvignon and 12% Merlot, mostly from their family property in Oak Knoll. Boasts sweet, black cherry fruit along with mocha, vanilla bean, cinnamon, and black licorice and firm tannins on the back palate. Delicious Cab for a very fair price that’s drinking great tonight.
