The Greek Estate Argyros is located in Santorini, with vineyard sources on multiple islands in and around the Cyclades. The Atlantis is an introduction to the house style, based on 90% Assyrtiko with two additional indigenous grapes, Athiri & Aidani. As always, the grape is a transmitter for the smoky minerality of the soils and the salty acidity of the surrounding oceans. Crushed oyster shell, grapefruit, pears and striking acidity that is powerful with a tempering creaminess.
