From the northern tip of Italy, foothills of The Alps. Steel tank ferment and aged. Crisp, fresh, a little earthy. Perfect wine to teach on Italian Pinot Grigio. Smell and taste pear-apple, Meyer lemon, white figs, lemongrass. Lees-ageing gives the wine a little creaminess. Medium body... more body than most PG's.
