A full-bodied white wine with a dense structure and a fatness usually found in red wines. Made from 100% Clairette (sometimes Marsanne sneaks in), proving that the grape is more than just a blending grape. Apricot, peach, flowers, pear, wild herbs and a touch of waxiness are balanced by a firm acidity. Honeycomb, orange blossom, apple pulp, and Marcona almonds give subtle hints that this wine is raw with no additives, just a touch of Sulphur.
