Erggelet Malvasia Bianca Cecchini Family Vineyard 2019

Organically farmed from the Cecchini  Family Vineyard, the Malvasia is picked at an early 18.5-20 brix setting the tone for this aromatic grape.  Aging on its lees for eight months gives the wine a velvety texture and some raw bees wax aromas.  Faint notes of guava, pineapple, lemon merringue, and a kind of earthy sandy aroma.  The palate shows more bruised apple, asian pear, rainier cherry, and fresh ginger on the crisp and brisk finish. 100 cases produced
