Owned/made by Maxime Graillot (of Domaine des Lises). Younger vine Syrah, 80% destemmed, concrete open tank ferment, steel tank & neutral barrel aged. Smells like the Northern Rhone... fresh blueberries, lavender, game, Kalamata olive, pomegranate. Intense flavors, medium acid, gentle tannins. Good to drink in its vibrant youth.
