Elkins Wines Riesling Petaluma Gap 2021

Fruit from young vines of the Chilean Valley Vineyard in the wind-whipped Petaluma Gap AVA handled minimally and bottled without fining or stabilizing additives. The naturally high acid from the vineyard site translates to the bottle with some biscuit notes from aging on the lees. The gapes petrol qualities are fresh with orange zest, Meyer lemon, ginger, spiced pineapple and acidity that has a lively zing. A beautiful delivery of a dry Riesling.
