Elena Walch Gin

A London Dry gin made with botanicals from the Langa hills and Alps in the Piedmont region of Italy.  Heavy juniper is complemented by handpicked thyme, coriander, black elder flowers, Angelica flowers, wild mountain mint, chamomile, cassia bark, lime peel, orange peel, and various citrus flowers.  Balanced enough to drink on its own, but it also has the weight to make killer mixed drinks as well.  It’s always fun to taste botanicals from a foreign land!
