Eisele Sauvignon Blanc Napa Valley 2021

Just 1,000 cases made of one of Napa’s top Sauvignon Blancs. It spends one year on the lees in a combination of stainless steel (28%), concrete eggs (14%), used oak (36%), and new oak (22 %).  The wine develops a rich, creamy, toasty, spicy texture that’s wonderfully balanced by mouthwatering acidity and fresh grassy, floral, herbal, and tropical aromas. A tense, nervy wine that develops more and more complexity as it opens up.
