Edoardo Sderci "Azzero" Toscana IGT 2016

New label from Edoardo Sderci, the young son of established Chianti producer Podere Il Palazzino. He’s clearly learning from his parents, because this is a great wine with lots of depth of flavor and concentrated structure. Slightly carbonic on the nose with fresh, bright red fruit aromas and red flowers, then on the palate it’s meaty, chewy, and spicy with vibrant acidity. Perfect with a rich pasta dish.
