Sloping vineyard of clay and gravel just below Corton "Bressandes." Fruit destemmed, tank ferment, aged in 20% new French oak. Sports a deep core of wild black cherry fruit with ample earthy smells and flavors. Cured olives, beef jerky, truffle and garden soil smells and flavors. Just emerging from its youthful shell.
