Echigozakura Daiginjo 300ml

Situated next to Lake Hyōko, Echigozakura brewery is surrounded by nature that reflects its taste – calm and serene. Brewed with Yama Nishiki rice polished to 50% and Kyokai #1801 and #1901 yeast selections, this daiginjo from Niigata prefecture has all the hallmarks of a northern style sake – floral, fruity with a mild mouthfeel. The nose presents as floral with aromas of cherry blossom and rose giving way to a melon base note. The mouth is very pleasant – oily and filling with a slight brightness on the end and a refreshing finish of hami melon.
