Echeverria Viognier “No Es Pituko” Valle de Curico Chile 2022

We find that some of the best grapes for “natural” and no/low sulphur wines tend to be from aromatic varieties, so it is no surprise that this unfiltered Viognier from Chile is squeaky clean.  The wine is soft and creamy on the palate with a light bitterness on the finish. Tropical notes of pineapple, lychee and peach are of medium intensity, matching the overall texture of the wine.  No additives except for a small amount of sulphur.
