"Cuvee Vendemiaire" 11th generation grower-producer family in Vertus, at the far south of the Cote des Blancs. Linear and harmonious: taste apples, lemon, passion fruit, almond and brioche with a saline finish. Low dosage (5g/l) is softened by partial ML and ageing in both oak (40%) and tank (60%). 48 months on the lees. Gorgeously balanced.
