Donnhoff "Tonschiefe" Dry Slate Riesling 2018

Dönnhoff is a stalwart of quality and consistency for Riesling production and the Tonschiefer Trocken has many pleasures to offer. The wine is bone-dry with a heavy representation of the slate that makes the Riesling grape shine. Very citrus driven with, aromas of honeysuckle, Granny Smith apples, white nectarine and just a little bit of petrol. A textbook example of a dry Riesling with unquestionable purity.
