Historic Nahe producer makes this perfect introduction to off-dry Riesling, demonstrating how the acidity naturally balances the residual sugar. This is technically a Feinherb, meaning the sugar is 10-20g/L, though it’s hard to notice. There’s also some earthiness and lees aromas for extra body, as well as notable lemon, lime, and grapefruit. Delicious and subtly sophisticated.
