Dominique Cornin Bourgogne Blanc 2017
Essentially a declassified Mâcon from family owned vineyards, the Bourgogne Blanc over-delivers in every way possible. Biodynamically farmed and aged in neutral oak to express the soils of the vineyards themselves. Fresh croissant, lemon curd, stone fruits, and allspice. There is a kiss of wood with crisp acid, pear, and Fuji apple. Amazing depth highlights an extravegant palate with medium doses of minerals and balanced acidity.
